Our private holiday villa in İçmeler, right next to Marmaris, is your home for a holiday with countless facets.
Fantastic bays, picturesque landscapes, fascinating nature experiences and ancient sights are right outside the door.

You can relax comfortably in our comfortably furnished holiday home in İçmeler with its own pool and a five-minute walk from the beach.
If you then feel like doing something, you have the choice between culture or cuisine, action or breathing space, shopping or sightseeing.

Our Villa Cozy is not in one of the large resorts of İçmelers, but is yours for your vacation. So you can retreat to your own garden with pool, comfortable seating areas, loungers and sunbeds at any time. In our perfectly equipped kitchen or at the BBQ on the terrace, you are your own chef for relaxing evenings at home if you don't want to eat out.

On the ground floor of our villa there is an extremely spacious, light-flooded living-dining area with flat screen TV and piano, which is adjoined by the large, open kitchen. A bathroom with toilet and shower is of course also available. Incidentally, the living room and kitchen have direct access to the two adjacent outdoor terraces.

We partially renovated the spacious holiday home this year according to European standards. Air conditioning in all rooms and a washing machine are part of the equipment. Free WiFi is not only available throughout the house, but can also be received on the terrace or in the garden.

An open staircase leads to the first floor of the holiday villa with three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a French double bed. Both the master bedroom and one of the other rooms have their own balcony. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the first floor. One floor up there is a small single room, so that up to seven people have enough space in our holiday home.

The best way to get to our holiday home in İçmeler is with a direct flight to Dalaman. From there you can continue with a privately hired shuttle service or a rental car. We would recommend that you rent a car, at least on a daily basis. So you are independent and can explore the most beautiful places of the Turkish Aegean on your own. Or in the evening spontaneously drive to Marmaris, just ten kilometers away, to end the evening in a restaurant in the marina. Of course there are taxi or shuttle services directly in İçmeler, so that you are always mobile even without a car.

İçmeler is a friendly coastal town in south-west Turkey, nestled in a mountain landscape densely covered with fragrant pine forests, the foothills of which stretch almost to the coast.

İçmeler is rightly considered to be the smaller, quieter sister of the lively seaside resort of Marmaris, which, by the way, is only ten kilometers away.

Good to know for all beach holidaymakers: In midsummer, the temperatures here in İçmeler and Marmaris are constantly above 30°, the sea is a pleasant 24 to 28° warm. In general, we have a Mediterranean climate in İçmeler, without the extreme heat days that Turkey is known for. The months of May to October are particularly suitable for a beach holiday here on the Turkish Aegean. The season for active vacationers begins with the first warm days in April.

You can walk to İçmeler Beach in about five minutes from our holiday home. Everything you need for a perfect day at the beach is provided there, whether sun umbrellas, loungers, or catering from the surrounding restaurants.

Incidentally, there are plenty of shops and restaurants in İçmeler, also within walking distance of our holiday home, so that you don’t have to sit in the car all the time during your holiday.
